personal data policy
Under Part 4 of Article 9 of Russian Federal Law 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Zolotoy Larets LLC (93 Malysheva St., premises 1–9, Yekaterinburg) processes personal data in order to maintain communication with clients. The personal data processed are the surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, address and e-mail of a person who has left a request on the website, and any other personal information that the person giving consent enters in free-text fields.
Consent is given for the following actions with personal data: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, by mixed processing. Consent is given for 5 years and may be withdrawn by a written notice sent to the registered address of Zolotoy Larets LLC.
